- Unlock new suits
Notes:
After the maintenance, everyone above Lv. 30 will receive a maintenance gift including Food*200K and RO*20.

Something that I really confuse about this game players, everyone keep complaining about clones. From the first time I play this game, cotk never limit the maximun ids for every country n servers, so I think new ids as u guys say as clones is accepted. But now cotk launch the regulation for clones, they are try to limit the maximun ids for every person in each country n server. We only need to follow if dont wanna got banned. Sorry, its my perception, if any wrong pls forgive me. I play to s38 shu n s39wu, im neutral.
Btw, gm if u want to stop the topic of clones, limit the players of every country, so people will be loyal for their own first id, they will think twice to create useless new ids (clones).

Voice of Customers. I am very disappointed with COTK.
Being late and new into the server and this game respectively have already been positioned as disadvantage.
Now, moreover I was penalized as nuts.
Why COTK never written in any form to remind new players that new suit will be designed ??
Previous 12 suit comb, none requires defense nor some of the immu type equipment.
Previously polished till 4 of same kind with defense or immu type equipment, will re-polish again and again, since useless as cannot form anyone of the suit comb.
Now with latest release of suit, these defense and immu types are essential.
What the heck ?? Do you expect me to re-polish and re-polish back again to meet new suit comb?
If you have reminded new players as I am, that new suit will be released in future, then we would have opened more slots in the bag, safe keep and reserve these defense and immu 4 of the kind.
What will you advise me now ??

But limitation could cause more problems because inactive players also occupy the position there. We need to take all possibilities before taking measures. Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry for making you disappointed. Before the suits being released or unlocked, there is no clue of the kind of 4-star equips that are needed. Here is the list of all suits available in game. Please choose those you like. Thank you.

Thanks for your swift response.
As a game or service provider, you and your company cannot be world class with such reply, lack of quality.
Now only 5 ultimate suits for 5 generals. What do you mean by choose the suit you like ??  Players need to polish to meet all 10 basic suits eventually. Are you planning out with 6th ultimate suit or not ?? Is there an option or what ??
I hope you start thinking as wearing the shoe as a player, before you reply adequately as customer service GM.
A very frustrated customer/player here, waiting for sincere reply how to close the gap for shortfall.

As a player, I understand that we all want ultimate suits and have accumulated 4-star equips for so long.
You are right that we have 5 heroes deployed which means the best and most direct choice is to have 5 ultimate suits. But for many players, that is really a long way. That's why I bring up 'choosing those you like'. To match certain heroes, you could choose the most suitable one for that hero.
