Hey everyone, I’ve been having trouble opening the main Spotify app on my mobile device. Every time I try to launch it, it either crashes immediately or stays stuck on the loading screen. I’ve cleared the cache, reinstalled the app, and even updated my phone’s software — but nothing seems to work. My phone is an older model with limited storage and memory, so I’m wondering if that’s the issue. Has anyone else faced this?
