Can use or sell Explore order for Vip-0

Dear Sir,

i buy Explore order from best deal,
but it can't use for Vip-0, pls let Vip-0 can use it,
5 Explore order = 120 k iron .. that very not fair, can buy but can't use.

If can't let Vip-0 use it, pls let us can sell it Sir,
at least we can refund our iron (that a lot iron for buy explore order)
.. and unuseable explore order take our one slot of bag too

They wont refund you so yeah, either you RC so you can use it or just place it there for display as non-VIP
