Hi GMs,

I finally managed to get sufficient vouchers to buy my slot fragments last night and was trying to combine my slot into super slot and convert my jade into bowlders instead. However there was a server connection lag and the next thing I knew, my scroll is there and yet my slot was converted to bowlders.

The slot was given as part of the vip6 privilege, and it's easily traceable as its the only slot I have. I've tried to seek help from Chen, who has been a really nice gm and answer my messages promptly, but has been unable to help for reasons I don't understand. Its pretty straightforward to just replace the slot and take away the bowlders - I have tons from it from red envelope event which I was unlucky to get only RO, food and bowlders.

Hence I would like to request help from other GMS or admins. And just for clarification, I knew the difference between convert and combine. I've converted my jade in less laggy situations ( which started when I touched down on singapore from my business trip) and it was fine.

thanks in advance for reading the lengthy post and help

Hi sir, sorry for your bad luck. The fact is that if players convert trinkets on their own, we cannot help them retrieve the operation no matter what reason is behind that. It's really unlucky that you lost the slot because of network issue, but we cannot help this time. Hope you can understand that we really have to follow certain rules. Thank you.

Nancy this is not bad luck. It's like what Chen mentioned to me, operations under server lagness. It doesn't seem fair  and no, I don't understand why it can't be compensated, especially since I just recharged 100 usd last night just to get the vouchers to recharge.

Bad luck is getting lousy items from wheel or egg hitting event, not server lagness

Sir, we are sorry for your loss. But if we compensate every one when they operate by mistake or the server unexpectedly lags, then it will be hard for us to manage the game. Sorry we have rules to obey.

Nancy I do understand if there is no compensation for operation by mistake. But operation mistake as a result of SERVER CONNECTION PROBLEM should be treated on a case by case basis as per most games.

I can quote you an example - if polishing of trinket does not have a 100% success rate, and someone polished it but failed asked for a refund due to server lag - that is suspicious and possibly does not justify a compensation.
However the polish rate is 100%. I have a super slot scroll in my inventory. I believe anyone in their right mind would polish instead of converting in to boulders, most so if that's thhe best trinket they have. In addition, I can also provide evidence that I do not lack any bowlders as I have tons from previous events. I believe the above should sum up a very good case.

That is what I meant by case by case basis. After all, correct me if I'm wrong, that's one of the reason why GMs exist for. To evaluate and analyse the situation based on sound logic and treat it respectively. More so if the item is paid for using real cash.

Sir  sorry this time I can't help you retrieve the slotted. However, we will try to eliminate the lagging server problem. And also, pls make sure your network is stable enough.
Wish you good luck.

Unless you're telling me hat having 4G connection is not good enough to play the game, then I can accept it.

To be honest, I don't see the 'difficult' or supposedly 'large' flow of requests for compensations that makes you unable to evaluate each on a case by case basis. And if my above request, despite being built on a solid hard logic and evidence is rejected, it just seems to me that all you guys are performing are writing pleasantries replies to threads without any actions.

If that's the case, why not hire me to write a code that automates pleasant 'thank yous' and 'we hear you' replies. That will spare you guys the need to reject valid requests so you could shy away or avoid issues just that actually requires actions from your end?
