hero stuck on inst status bar

Why my hero zhurong stuck on inst bar but i m not doing inst war???  I cant do nothing with this problem....make my active heros only three can be use....alredy reinstall result nothing change....plsss fix ASAP or get me compensatition coz i only play with three hero fighting enemies n my zhurong will left behind others....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

same issue.. i can't use my hero at all!

*update: have refreshed website and on the phone several times, but issue still remains...
can't fire hero either.. pls help! in middle of country war!

just now i have a problem to.
my gen tsci stuck until now.. about 1 hour already..
still cannot fire it or other method..
