Hero is missing from training and stop getting experience from any battle

Hi, I have three training spots and have three heroes (Pang De Lv 69, Zhang He, Lv 69, and Xu Huang Lv 71. However, my Xu Huang is disappear from the "Train" and very time I want to choose a hero for the training spot I could not find him. It only showed two heroes selection (Pang De and Zhang He). Xu Huang's experience is already full right now (I gained that from battle), but it stuck and won't let it to level up. I tried to fire Xu Huang and re-hire him but the result is still the same. I restarted the game many times and the problem still occur. Could you help me fix this? My account is LuJiang from server 6.

Ur hero X huang already same lvl as yours so u cant train him again....
U need u lvl up first..then u can train him again..
