Cannot load game in IE11 and Chrome

Hi,

I cannot load game from IE11 and Chrome to any servers.
Only running horse is seen.
Cleared cache still cannot.
My internet connection is stable as well.

Help please.

Yes still exist.
However, I find that if I disable Avast anti-virus, it will be ok.
Please advise.

Sounds like the game is taken as virus by accident..

Maybe you need to close Avast when playing on computer..
