GM HELP ME PLEASE,

TODAY I RC 2X BOTH TRANSACTION WAS NOTED AS SUCCESSFUL AND THE MONEY WAS ALREADY TAKEN FROM ME BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE POINTS
I PAY 2 TIMES FOR POINTS VIA GUDANGVOUCHER.COM (LIKE I ALWAYS DO)
I HAVE BOTH TRANSACTION CODES, BUT NO POINTS ARE GIVEN TO ME!!!
