Hi, I want to report a bug, on 12th March 2016, I recharged 4 x between 4 PM - 5 PM Singapore Time, however I only get 3 x added to my account.

Please help me on this and how do I claim my gold that have not been added to my account.

I have the credit card transaction proof for this.
