Title: Broadcast Message
Every VIP or higher title or Emperor himself should be able to broadcast message to everyone out there in the own Country for strategic announcement or for important message.
At the moment it is very hard to reach out to everyone since, many never read the chat.

You can even make like free 10 broadcast a day, and if extra needed 1 gold per msg.

Good idea, but it needs a short length limit. Shouldn't be a lot of text.
