why my mystic chest already full when event just started about 10 min, please see the picture and please fix it ASAP if you really care to your customer, thanks

I have the same problem as XiangThe has. My event chests are full on the first minute it start. No chests for me to collect and the time is running out. Alert attention. Help us to fix it his bug ASAP or the voice keep rising. This is serious.
