The event is still blank not sure how many diamonds i used all day

Seems the event program was not installed yet. People have spent the diamonds but no hammers

I spent the 150 in diamonds and can not find any hammers anywhere in the game, looked under all tabs, events, etc. There is no join button in events. Please help, ty
