Ban clones S11&13

Recently,we receive lot of message about clones on S11&S13 our survey,we find many players have clones and affect the in-game balance,so we must ban it.Hope all player can comply with our rules,Never use clons.And help us to monitor this situation.Later we will check all Server to ban this clones problem.
After maintenance we will ban these account,hope Players who not on the list consciously ban your clones.

Can you please check Shu on S18 for clones and fake gold please. You have to keep merging servers because 3 or 4 people use multi-clone cheat and make it horrible for everyone else. And then they all leave. Do you not understand?! fix new servers first so that same thing doesn't happen over and over again.

i saw oddy got banned?from what i heard he spent not few dollar to recharge and now you have shown your true face

As we checked clones, we found the same id as yours, so we banned. and after we checked the information you provided just now,the account you mentioned has been unlocked. thx

Server s11
By the way  because of merger u banned my other id at s13.
Thats not our fault because of merger we can have 2 id in the same server.
My friends and relatives use almost the same username with the beginning magicasia.
But please check that we never online together or have the same computer. But you banned us.
Please help us ASAP. I'm sure you make a mistake. I already played a months and got high level. But suddenly cant login. It really upset me. Thank a lot sry if it bother u. Please give me feedback. 3Q
