abt vendor shop use laptop

i paly in laptop already but works scroll lvl 1,and restart still cant saw vendor shop appear...
pls fix it...thanks...

Sir, Vendor will not appear at once after you invest the technology. You need to buy Lv1 scroll in the Trinket Works and then vendor will appear in the capital city on the world map. thx
