I oversee a vape shop directory https://allvapestores.com and we have had a posting from a vape shop in the USA that likewise markets CBD items. A Month later on, PayPal has contacted use to say that our account has been restricted and have asked us to take out PayPal as a payment solution from our vape store directory site. We do not retail CBD products such as CBD oil. We simply offer marketing and advertising professional services Where to Buy CBD Oil in New York? CBD companies. I have taken a look at Holland & Barrett-- the UK's Well known Health and wellness Store and if you take a good peek, you will witness that they supply a pretty substantial series of CBD goods, particularly CBD oil and they also happen to accept PayPal as a payment solution. It seems that PayPal is administering double standards to many different firms. As a result of this stipulation, I can no longer accept PayPal on my CBD-related internet site. This has constricted my payment possibilities and now, I am intensely dependent on Cryptocurrency payments and straightforward bank transfers. I have talked with a lawyer from a Magic Circle law firm in London and they stated that what PayPal is undertaking is completely against the law and inequitable as it should be applying a consistent standard to all firms. I am still to seek advice from one more lawyer from a US law practice in London to see what PayPal's legal position is in the USA. In the meantime, I would be very appreciative if anybody here at flyff-iblis.net could provide me with alternative payment processors/merchants that deal with CBD companies.

It’s rough dealing with PayPal’s restrictions, especially when all you’re doing is listing vape shops with CBD products. I’ve noticed similar inconsistency myself. A friend recommended thc-a flower recently from Exhale because it’s a great option, and it got me thinking about the varying rules around hemp and CBD. PayPal’s approach just doesn’t seem fair, especially since big retailers seem to have no issues using it for CBD. For payment alternatives, I’ve seen a few CBD sites using providers like Square or Stripe. You could also look into smaller processors specifically open to CBD. It’s extra hassle, but at least you’ll have options while sorting out the PayPal situation.

Consider payment gateways like BitPay for crypto or Authorize.net for more traditional payments. Have you found any other reliable processors that work with CBD?

I have never heard of such a problem before. This is very strange, given that if PayPal management doubts the legitimacy of such trading operations by a certain firm, this is very easy to check. Especially strange, given the number of states (and countries in general) that are working to ease restrictions on the CBD trade. In addition to PayPal, I use Payoneer, but it is unlikely that it is suitable for your business. With it, I withdraw the money earned on cbg gummy no thc. I hope someone can give you a decent alternative.
