My PC Starts Crashing When Playing The Game

I just started playing the game 'Crash of Three Kingdoms' on my Windows PC recently. But after a few minutes of playing the game starts crashing. I have no idea what could be the issue. Has anyone else come across this issue before? Please help

After not getting any response, I started searching on Google and found this article. The issue was happening mainly not updating the device driver. So I updated the driver and then updated BIOS. After doing the tasks completely, I played the game for an hour and I had no longer any issues while playing the game.
