Dear GM! i cannt login since yesterday..... until now its still loading on the screen and doesnt move at all. btw i use laptop!!!!! pliz help

my network is fine arthur.... i'd checked it... cannt login until now still loading, and i tried use android but useless. am i got banned or something? its never happened to me before.. what can i do? or what would you do?
