Still cant login

Hello sir, ive downloaded new version of cotk.
This morning i can play. But when i off for a time then want to online again, it stopped at "Updating..." page.

I try to re install then i can play. Then I off again for a time. Now i cant online stopped at "Updating...' page.

How can this be?

And how to solve this Problem?
