after run out of food always idle when recruiting

Always idle when recruiting, i dont know the solution
pls help i had 2million of food, but cannot recruiting
If i want to play , i must exit from the game and waiting to play again

GO to your hero there will be a button says recruit. You have to do it manually if you ran out of foods.
