Currently, COTK App has been removed due to a problem caused by App Store, which made it unavailable for iOS users to recharge from it. Now we are contacting APPLE to solve this issue. We will fix it ASAP. So sorry for the delay and inconvenience.

GM, maybe make the gold price as much as Chinese server will help you. So player will not report you as spam to Apple Store.

Gud, finally Apple response our request, next is Google. if you dont take care ur customer seriously, we are also plan to make Google remove your game from playstore.. by give bad feedback about ur game. everyone hates clone, clone auto off piss off alot high vip player. we are already suggested alot way to block clones, you only said" we are concern, thx u for ur suggestion,, we will take it seriously.. bla.bla..bla.. " since one year ago till now.. nothing change..

We do it because we love this game, and also spent too much already.  hope u can improve and give us a fair game.. if not, we already left this game n
move to another.

Yeh I also wantex to do red envelope event, wanted to rc 15k gold but cannot cause of problem

it is not a delay in checking clones , you banned clones just a couple of days ago , about 7 clones in each server , while these servers have clones in the amounts of hundred , not to mention the high price of gold , you always said that the higher price of gold in the english version compared to the chinese version is cause of support system , am still trying to see that system , try to satisfy your clients to a certain level , make them feel special for paying money not just being used , I would start with a real deep check on clones and bots , add back the codes for pc users , you can stop bots from playing effectively , that is what support does , no need to answer to this post , I would rather see real results of our complaints rather than just reassuring us that the sky is blue , take care of your customers and the game will flourish
