Please divide this into 2 division.
Division 1 is for s1 - 20
Division 2 is for s21 - 40

Otherwise we always see the same face on the super tournament, there is no chance for s21 and above players to enter this due to earlier Head start. S1 have about 1-2 years head start from currently new players. There will be no chances at all to beat or even match their strength.

And you also need to limit the top 4 winners to participate the next super tournament. At least they have to skip 1 Super tourney to give others a chance.

Can you imagine if 1 tourney a month, and in 6 months both Sima and Suwandi have all Gens full of Herbit.

This will create more unbalancing between the top tier.

I hope you can consider my suggestion.
