Urgent!
I bought 2k voucher worth of s-iron but it did not credit the s-iron.
Please check!

as our record shown, the credit number is correct. you only bought s-iron four times during 1:23-1:50. and the voucher remain 17727.

Are there any vouchers that are not accounted for?
I am 100% sure that 2000 vouchers did not credit me the correct amount of s-iron.
I clicked 2 times on convert10 for s-iron. I should have at least 20k s-iron right?
I only have 17k when I checked right after I redeemed before any other action. Though I did not know how much s-iron I started with, definitely the game did not credit me the correct amount of s-iron.

thanks for youe patient, after we check your s-iron record, we find you bought 60k s-iron into your account and use 80k s-iron during the 1:26 to 1:50. we do not find any unfinished transaction, pls double check.
