Unable to move in world map

I cant seems to deploy/assemble/move around in the world map.. My heroes just stuck at capital.. I tried relogin, attack trial tower, normal instances n it just wont move... Anyone experiencing this?? Anyone can help me? Its a waste for the 30% exp boost..... Im wu in S1

The problem has been fixed for players who have left their IGN and server in this thread.
Thank you all for your patience.
Now we are trying to fix it thoroughly.

GM,  since the server is restarted yesterday, my hero can not go where, what a way out, I remove and reinstall, but the problem still persists.
