Can you please at least liaise with the management of Heyshell ?

Just to inform them concerning the issues and trouble occurring between the gamers in the Soul Sword

We are desperately in need of help and assistance. We try to contact through Email and Facebook and this Forum.
However, there are no responses at all from the authorized person / representatives.

please can you tell GM or admin Three Kingdom Soul Sword to more respond with soul sword user, bcause GM in soulsword keep dying in FB , Email , and forum..
please tell GM SoulSword, sorry for this..bcause if they still not response soul sword will be next devilrequiem
