Who say Shu and Wei are ally ? no country are ally in S45 Wu is lv 6 country but Shu and Wei just lv 5. One more thing most of top 20 are Wu too. So why Wu want to merge ?

If Wu really want to merge sever, so merge S45 with S44 so the 3 country will balance each other. Because Shu in S45 is the weakest country as u can see in top 20
All in all, i agree to merge sever, but only merge with S44. If not with S44 no need to merge...
