Dear GM,

Why u lock my id? After upgrade cotk, I can't login. With remarks " ur id login was lock Reason (1)"
It almost 2 days I can't login my id. I lose a lot of voucher from tourney n arena. N lose another rewards.
I didn't use a clone. My id was vip5.... why u locked?
I alr send u a message with fb. But still didn't have any answer...
Thats was unfair for me. Pls feed back ASAP.
