Buy from best deal but dont get it the stuff

Dear Chen,

Just a few minutes ago i purchased shadows from best deal using silver 1,2m for 5 shadows and  that 5 shadows never appear on my account. I think this happen already second time and i just realize by today. Please help to check something error on my acc?

I check to equip bag that was 49 shadows.....but display shadows on war only 3?

System will show free shadows before it display shadows from shadow order.. So after you have used up your free shadows then whatever the amount you have from shadow order will show up after.

Dear Chen,
I find solve the problem....that 3 shadows i got from s.barrack when tourney after i use that 3 now my real shadows show up.....but still can not check it is in to my bag that i purchased? Also with bakernatha?
Please if you dont mind keep check regarding this?
