Lost gems when level up Crystal

GM need to check why I lost 2 level 9 gems when I burnished a crystal.
Initiative should have gone up 2 after and it didn't and my crystal stayed at level 0.
What compensation will I get?
I shouldn't need to give a SS... You should be able to check history.. Happened within the last 48hrs

I have heard of many glitches from other players but I suggest you get the glitch out of your business practice of not giving 2 sh1ts about your customers!!!

I enjoy this game and often reach a goal I make whether be Exp level/horcrux level/getting high rank in events etc.
I have a new goal now and you will see it in your wallet.. Oh wait no you won't
