Lost lantern on wheel events

I got lantern on wheel events n it came out not in my beg. So sad as  that no body are willing to help me. I sent lots of mail in fab but no reply. Pls person in charge do something on this matter. Gold are not free n I bought gold just for this events.

I don't think u ppl are going to compensate. With the proof of picture u ppl also won't give d Mylu too. Nvm I'm going to get my refund on apps store. Just disappointed with u ppl.

Best is to get all your fellow server mates to boycot rc too.. This game doesn't worth the money you spend with them, you only get shitty customer service.

I won't waste my time keep getting d lanterns that didn't even l and on it. U think I'm so so free to fight for something is not mine? Money u ppl taken but my things where? Wait for ages? Wait till the game close down? Omg u ppl are rediculous!!! U guys are investigating or sleeping? I just anger that what is show but not there. Is not fair to me. Pls understand my feeling too.
