Exp Bonus if you fall below X amount of Cities?

I've been told by a couple of people that if your Country falls below lets say 10 cities you get a 24 hours duel experience bonus? We've been overrun twice now to abnout 5 cities and never received this so called bonus. Just wanted to know if it's actually true or not. Thank You

Yup, but i think there should be a country dominated around 95% of the map then there will be so called alliance and those 2 countries will get bonus exp for about 2-3 hrs if they fight the dominating country. If fight againts the alliance country will get less exp. For example, shu occupied almost 95% percent of the map, so there will be wu-wei alliance bonus exp as long as wu or wei figt shu not fighting each other. Well, thats what i know, maybe others has other opinion.
