Looks like they use MaZhong's (yellow liege) template, change bit about the face, then brand it Dian Wei.
MaZhong's liege card then modified using NPC's face.

Look at Lu Meng bio and see Z. Ran, basically they have the same armor, so only changed his face and put a generic one with beard and done, we have the new Dian Wei!!!!
