Why cant i sign in to loading "enter the game"

Why can't I sign in to loading "enter the game" even bogged down and a long wait in loading "updating" and things like this happen two days already, make me sick and tired, if continued like this then the games that I play for 3 years and be the best game for me, it has become a garbage game and game very boring, because internet quota and spent much of my time.

need a better network? but since i update this game to latest version, i cant even open this game anymore. my network still same what i used to play before i updated cotk. so what the solution ?
