Generally yes , because high vip plays the game easy , dunnid to learn much cos they get strong easily ,there are people in the very top few who does not know how to use heroes like Dian Wei . But there are still people that also study this game well just like sima and RW

What the poster mean is that why HAKI use such weak gen on the final stage? Show off? Not to disrespect to you HAKI but this action really cost gold to your supporter.
