SHAMELESS WINNING BY HACKING MY FRIEND ID

Hello everyone n hello gm, my friend id Hallsolom get hacked by spy( wu player ), many player said he is onieda87. he hack my facebook id then change all my security info on my facebook to login clash of three kingdoms.
i ady ask help to gm but gm dont know solve this problem, gm only know binding my email to game. after success change pass then login to game. that hacker login heysell use my facebook then go change my password again. here i want talk to gm give back this hallsolom to real player id to show fair play game. i just need gm unbind this hallsolom from his facebook first then bind to hallsolom email so that hacker cant login again to this game n change his password again.
and for that hacker what benefit for u to hack other id? if no give back this acc to the owner or all wei will quit together from server s50.

i cant open game couse scare he know and change email again ..
i don know what can i do ..
just hope Gm can block he login from facebook or waiting facebook reply my report ..

Hey admin, all GM hear me. I'm Silas from s50 Wei. All that complain about HallSolom id was true, Hall id was so high VIP, much money spend for this game! Read all my friends complain, MAKE SOME ACT for this problem. you all GM must do all your job for comfortness of all your customers, EXSPECIALLY FOR HALL ID.

Dear Gm .... I am willing to ask for your help about "hack" problem.Just like my other friends already told u that's my friend id has been hacked by the other player (perhaps from Wu s50). The story is like this : The hacker can hack my friend id [Hallsolom] with cookies n log in via Facebook to join in game cotk because the hacker stole my friend Facebook's account. We are very thankful for your action with "binding email' , but I won't help it because as long as the hacker can log in to game via Facebook which is already hack by him then the hacker also can change again the password you already gave to us with "binding email". Not long time after that my friend can't log in again with his id to game because the hacker change the password again.
I don't know what's the solution but I hope gm can help it for "customer satisfaction"....
And for fair play game....

He say can gift my id back but gift him high vip id ..
He need my anabelia id to swap but must trust him for gift id pass first..
So funny now just hope Gm can action to help ..
