S56 and S58 Will Be merged On May.4th

To build good quality game environment and to promote interactions among players, we will carry out a server merger for COTK from 12:30 May.4th 2017 after maintenance. The merger will last about 2 hours and the servers involved are S56 and S58. These two servers will be temporarily shut down during the merger. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated.
S58 will be merged into S56. Players’ current game data will not be affected after the merger. Players can still log into the game like they used to.
I. Please be aware that the following will be completed during the merger.
1. Characters falling into the following three categories at the same time will be deleted:
a. Lower than Lv. 30
b. Offline for more than 30 days
c. No Gold recharge records
2. For duplicated names, here is the solution:
Duplicated character name will be added with the old server number as a suffix. For example, Arthur.S5
3. All events will be reset/deleted after the merger. Remember to claim all rewards available before the merger.
4. If players play in several servers and their different characters happen to be in those servers to be merged:
a. He/She will have to choose a character before logging in to game.
b. Need to choose a default character when recharging on Heyshell platform.
5. The data of cities and city guards on world map will be collected/copied from the targeted server (the old server).
6. The data of supplies will be collected/copied from the targeted server (the old server).
7.The data of country level and EXP will be collected/copied from the higher one of these two servers.
8. All heroes will be sent back to capital city.
9. All shadows on world map will be cleared and free shadow times will be returned to players.
10. Officials in Palace will be cleared.
11. Arena rank data will be cleared.
12. All the data in Rank (Kills, Duel Rank, Siege) will be kept and combined.
II. Free Merger Gift Pack
S58 launched later than S56, so players higher than Lv. 30 from S58 will get a gift pack.
Gift pack = Days difference * (Gold*10, Lord EXP*30K and Food*100K)
And Gift pack for S58 is Gold*200, Lord EXP*600K and Food*2000K. (Max Day difference is set to be 20 days.)

one more He3, s56 n s55 like black hole in space, they swallow/kill everything merge with them. after this merger u will see s56 will bcome death server again.  What next is prepare for other server for merged into s56 AND become more dead server

we used have balanced server from 58,59,61.
wu56 should merge with wei55, i'm pretty sure this simple logic you couldn't understand.

im expecting to reverse this merged.

To all merged server56/58 players.

I have been approached by many seeking to quit this game. But I advise against quitting quietly. We have consumer rights and we can write in directly to the companies that pay Heyshell. That is Google Playstore or Apple Appstore.

What we can do is try to request for refund on the money spent due to game didnt turn out as we expected. In fact, they way they are merging us now, it will get worse.

Under Google and Iphone App consumer protection rights clause, we can write to them first. If they fail to respond, we can escalate this to Google Play or Iphone Appstore directly.

I have to agree with Goropa. I see Wei now hardly online after the merge.

Lesson we all learned, Gamemaster just dont care and customer service is down the drain. Did they just draw lots to merge servers? There seems no logic. The gap between Wu s56 and the rest of us is simply too big. Analogy would be .. using knife to fight guns

We were growing accustomed to S58 post merger and suddenly they merge again with S56 which i personally think is a big mistake. They should have merge with another Wu dominant server closer to our server strength.

For now, none in Shu and Wei can enjoy this game anymore. Takes almost 10 general to take down 1 Kalomang general.

Me, I am slowing down and no more RC. I understand many from Shu 58 will do the same. This is gross injustice to all of us. We pay to enjoy game, not to be shortchanged like this.
