Xingz14 from server 12 bloody lord, defected Huang Zhong at level 76, but elite instance not activate. Can't see any elite instance icon also. Pls help!. Thx

Hello, the elite instance will be unlocked when you defeat Gan Ning and get to level 83.

Lvl 83 can get xiahoudun because you will unlock all arnaments

Dun bother to try the elite instance. You need to have at least 2 high level legendary general before attending it. btw, I am lvl 82 and I still do not have Xiahou Dun
