Dear Gm I have win the box yuan shao . But I can t awaken him and I haven t received his purple armscraft

What he means is If u Get Yuanshao box it only gives 1 item instead of 3 . Either Yuanshao Awake Yuanshao or arms . So u need win 3 or more Yuanshao box to get Awake.

Three box, they respectively are Z.CI Box, D.Chan Box and Y.Shao Box, which including their awakened card, unlocked card and arm pieces.

Dear sir, u can only get one thing in one Y.Shao Box. and u can get Y.Shao or awakened Y.Shao or arm pieces?? how many Y.Shao Boxes did u open??thanks.

Same thing happened on me. Got Zchi box.. opened it.. and no awaken card there. i already had zchi before.. GM cheater,, ,return my gold..

Got him in the spin wheel. Opened the box in the bag. Went tavern but it wouldnt unlock.
