Assume older brother's money is X dollars, younger brother's money is Y dollars, so the book's price is (X+0.01)dollars.
So X+Y<X+0.01
          Y<0.01,
Because 1cent is the smallest amount of money possible, older brother's money is 0 dollars, the book's price is 10 dollars and younger brother's money is 9.99 dollars.
