hallo...i just buy mol rp 110.000 from alfamart indonesia. but i did not get the point. i try for the second time  input the code and password  again...but the answer is already used. how and who used. i need my point back. and this is the second time i got problem when input money to get point via mol.

gm......help meeeeeeeeeee. i go to bought voucher mol again rp 110.000. and input the code and password. its done. success. but i did not get any point. what happen. i need my point. today twice i got this problem. totally rp 220.000. help me please

Same problem with me but using credit card..
S30.wu char: akvumregan
I have email so many times to hay shell and apple for this error...for the result i can not win on contest,pls give us compensation for this loss since our credit card has been deducted
