problem with chest ( killing reward )

Hi admin my name bimayasya my char ( bimakartik ) server 4
I have problem with my rewards usually the reward will come in every step that I take I mean after I killed 500 I will get 5x chest
But I don't get that those thing nomore, example after I killed 500k I don't get the rewarda jut past through
But after a several ours I got 50x chest box I don't know it was a bug or reward you gave to me but my friends didn't have a problem like I've did so can you explain me about this ? Thx a lot admin one more I have addictive to this game maybe I should go to rehab so I can stop playing this game hehe lol thx

me too ... on s5 ... after reset my killing chest not increase although i've killed about 1,5M

I havent get any kill chest for over a day now even though my kills reached the target needed.

Dear Admin,
I have the same problem.
I don't get any kills treasure box since yesterday, but last night after reset I do get 42 box.
But today....I don't get any box at all, even after the reset. and today I've killed more than 1,5 M
I'm on s6. My char is VortXanth.
Please follow up on this.
