country level benefit

Dear GM

Our country just leveling up country to level 6 but i dont see any differences nor benefit.
Is it level was just a number without upgrading benefit?

Need country lvel 8 sir...so lazy win event when lvel county reqch full level.
Nothing have feeling happy again to win huft...

chen is outside the ctk team,he is the answering machine
i just set new program in him so can reply more various
just trust us,any advice/opinion/complaints i will try to note them all then throw them to trash bin (i mean i will inform my teams)
