Gm..i have bought 200 gold from iso through itune payment..my credit deduct but does not receive 200 gold. Can u fix it please.

Aku sudah melakukan purchase,recharge via google.dan tagihan ke no hp saya.pulsa saya berkurang.namun gold belum saya terima.
