Please reconsider to move a bonus position a city Hanchang(bonus market), Chenliu(bonus swoop) and Liyang(bonus train) became Zhong liu (market), Suixian(train) and Xinye(swoop).
so game became a fair play for wu shu and wei country.

Good or bad depand on your side of view.. 3 countries should have rushed to capture the cities for bonuses they needed..
If this happen in my server with most or probably 2nd most crowded bots or clones, very bad, wei7 will be the only country to have them 24/7. Wooxian and jiangxia are always loaded by hundreds of auto off clones with most probably auto march .. Nearly imposible for shu or wu to capture these 3 cities.

WooXian and Jiangxia count as neutral cities
you will get shocked if knew that your 10% 30% cities flooded by rainbow armies to secure pathway to 50% cities
it's only the moron who play just blocking way and choose not to fight guardsman in 50% cities

put all in Xiangyang (Liyang specialties,Hanchang specialties,Chenliu specialties) so every countries will get all or none once Xiangyang occupied
or else
those each specialties moved into every capital so every countries have theirs benefit.no matter how dominate the enemies ,they can't get other countries specialties
