impossible to get in 1month , u still need gd equipment,gem,polish. Eventually when ur arna reach certain lvl polish is cheaper , at least 2months

i think nobody can ... but u have chance to get it at lvl 93... n u must preparing your when cou caoren n wei yan (lvl70 is min) from the beginning besides zhurong, when u get zhoutai u can finish the dianwei stages.. coz 9 stages before didnt need him much... for just information to beat 9 stages dianwei instances before get zhoutai u must have arma 61 upper n 35 bottom to finalizing xuchu stages n gem combining lvl 9 n 8 storm level 5 minimum... the other way no vip u must be patience to get him.... dunno at recent days coz we have reclamation system
