Attention GM!!!!! Lost account while playing online!

hello GMs,
IGN - LandHerbe S16 Wei while playing online. i got disconnected from the game and unable to access or relogin straight afterwards since yesterday. I couldnt access my email address cause i changed phone numbers. im hoping you could immediately chase up IGN - LandHerbe S16 Wei account and rectify this problem. i dont know if its been hacked or ban or freeze cause im unable to login IGN - LandHerbe via heyshell website to create this thread. i put a lot of time and effort into my account and playing it for pure pleasure. I really hope no one else suffers what i suffered yesterday.

Lol so much for warnings and reasoning. I don't understand why freeze the the account and also affects the login via heyshell website. For the freezing and temporary bans. Why so heavy on the penalty when it's not perminate ban?
I do understand the seriousness of the offenses but when I don't know why it has happen during that I now know it's a offence. It created some emotional stressed during that time.  Don't you think that part of it the freezing and or temporary bans is a bit unreasonable?

Perhaps should have a flashing warning inside the game or when the player login to the game that notify the player he/she has violated in-game rules instead of suddenly ban/bar the account. have a 3 strike rule before banning the account outright perhaps....

The Regulation of Clones has been published in game and forum for more than two months and we really appreciated it that all play the game fairly. Thank you for your understanding.

only this stupid game has shit regulations of clones but so many clones i seen from shu not ban yet even the biggest game clash of clan not has this shit regulation of clones. u GM only need update your game , not need make bullshit only hear from crying loser. u gm said fair play but u dont know and u never feel be loser. U GM ONLY ONE WINNER MANY DOLLAR FROM CRYING USER
