error in advance summon cards which I don't have any cards a upon activated

I had activate twice the advance summon order but during the second activation I see none summon card. I already told your management and they don't seem to reply and I copy proof for them too.

your chances of advanced purple liege every time lol you wont get epic card each advance .try advance when you are zero % and you will get another epic summons . if you do advanced at like 50 to 80% its hard to get epic summons
