Answer:
Paul Williams, Anna Smith, Barton Johnson, Carl Miller
Reasons:
1. Paul's family name must be Williams since Anna, Barton and Carl family name have no Williams in the option.
2. Condition 4 says family name Smith is either Anna or Paul. Since Paul's family name is Williams, then it must be Anna Smith.
3. As we have Anna Smith, then Condition 2 would be for Barton Johnson.
4. As we have Barton Johnson, then Condition 3 would be for Carl Miller.
