Info 1. says Smith is older than teacher, this means Smith is either a Worker or a Farmer.
Info 2. says Sandy's age is different from farmer, this means Sandy is either a Worker or a Teacher.
Info 3. says farmer is younger than John, this means John is either a Worker or a Teacher.
From the above, only Smith can be the Farmer.
Based on info 1 & 3, Smith is older than teacher and younger than John. This means John can only be the Worker. With Smith being the Farmer & John being the Worker, Sandy has to be the Teacher.
