@spicy lol I was not the one trying to get everyone on every server banned...btw did u also know I am american? And really only reason why s8 shu is tire of simaa is wei been giving u idiots a challenge that u don't like that's why all this coming to forum trying to get everyone banned. There are a few thing you can do :
1. Don't recharge any gold, either real or fake. Whatever it is. Again this is personal choice to do.
2. Don't play this game anymore if you are afraid to lose or afraid someone can do better than you eventhough he isn't vip player. A lot non VIP has good char in every server,

So everytime you lose no need to ask GM to ban someone.

Now, GM has a problem already because of this, Paypal maybe will remove his online payment facility on this game.

I understand you're probably not a Paypal merchant or have never worked for a financial institution so I forgive your ignorance.  Most, if not all, of these third party services send payments monthly based on monthly sales volume.   They simply keep a nostro account for each merchant to maintain the accounting and determine how much they're supposed to send each month.   This is also the reason why ebay is able to accept customer complaint and withhold payment to seller.  

Basides do you really think Paypal will send the merchant the money before they've even received it, specially for credit card payments.

Actually, I don't even believe this is a Paypal bug, GM probably didn't communicate very well.  It's probably a Heyshell bug on processing transaction when the mode of payment is Paypal.   After all, it is Heyshell who informs Paypal the invoice amount the customer has to pay.

So you can see it? We are in different site. We come to GM to let out our friend free. And you come to GM to not let out the banned list.
