Top model effect like SH*T please rise rate of succes (over 500 gold use in 1 eg and got nothin WTF!!!!)

Yes, it is possible. There are players who are able to get 4 stars via free refine, all depends on luck.

it's not worth it
your refinement progress creep so slowly if that's happens in the earlier part of the game so should say good bye to your bounty progress

Free Refine to lvl 4, the it's worthless. Spend 100 Gold to get one lvl 5 complete waste and it doesn't seem to boost anything that much. Armaments seem to be a much more efficient route.
